color studies
This is a new series of color studies inspired by my recent color theory classes, taught by a master of color, Dick Nelson. I choose to use a classic bird and fish pattern by M.C. Escher, since I have always admired his use of space and form to create optical illusions. Using his already ingenious template allows me to see what effects I can create through color combinations.
